Yes, in most cases you can return an item. However, the item must meet the return conditions. If this is the case, please contact our customer service to request a return.

How do I return an item?
An item that you return, in consultation with our customer service, must be similar in packaging and volume to the original delivery. * In addition, the item must be returned in its original condition and disassembled. Read all return conditions here.
* When returning part of the order, this is of course not necessary. In that case, please make sure that the item you are returning, is returned in its original condition and packaging. -
